Note: If Tour Booked without Transfers, Please confirm the Tour Location & Timings with our Customer Support team if required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
  • Children under the age of three and people of determination and 2 companions will have free access for this activity.
  • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai hotel / residence only and not from the Airport.
  • Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
  • Sharing transfers is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.

Sharing Transfer’s Timings :-

  • Morning Pickup between (10:00 am to 10:30 am) & Drop off between (2.00 pm to 2.30 pm)
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
  • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

2. In case the Park during Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day. Also they do the same if park would full.

3. Please note that the Dubai Frame will be closed for an event on 25th of May (Tuesday) from 6:30 pm till 9:00 pm.

BOOKING POLICY :
Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
