• • • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
    • Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
    • Transfer option is made available for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of your Booking.
    • Hub Zero operates from Saturday to Wednesday 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm & Thursday to Friday 12:00 pm – Midnight.
    • Age range (10-34 years), however people of all ages are welcome (height and/or age restrictions applicable). Based on medical conditions, guests will be restricted from participating in some rides and experiences.
    • Hub Zero is located in CITY WALK, an outdoor retail and dining destination conveniently located at the junction of Al Wasl Road and Safa Road, Dubai. 15-min walk from Burj Khalifa Metro Station.
    • This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.

Special Note: In case the Park during Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day. Also they do the same if park would full.

Booking Policy :

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 16 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above 16 years will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
